Joshua Booth- Cabeza De Vaca Clip

In the film Cabeza De Vaca the characters are on an expedition in the 1530’s. It is a historical account of an expedition that gets shipwrecked. By this time Spain has conquered Mexico. There are a total of four people left from the expedition that make it back eight years later. The man in this film has a power to heal people. There are a few survivors that are captured and that are going to be sold. The man being captured and detained is just like the lizard that is tied to the pole, they can only go but so far. The man that does escape runs into a full circle and is right back where he started. During the film the music heightens the tension and its fast pace. This man’s name is Alvar. They end up treating him better once they realize he does have these healing powers. The man in the fetal position is the last scene shown.
