Robert Pinkett-outside reading

The book A History of God by Karen Armstrong i didnt read it all but I did read Trinity and Unity. I found it interesting her parallels between Christianity and Islam she makes very interesting and debatable conclusions on how they influenced eachother through their histories as religions. Armstrong really did voice her opinion and she seemed to me to be very knowledgeable on the topics she covers and the good part is she is totally unbiased and simply tells it how it is. She says that Christianity would be completely different today if it were not for Islam. What do you think?
