Sean Burns- Deuteronomy (Witnesses) 19: 15-21

On the matter of witnesses a man cannot be convicted of a crime unless two or more witnesses are present. This rule could not work in todays society because many crimes take place where no witnesses are present. At the time this was a fair way to convict criminals but would be unable to convict criminals for most cases in todays society.
