Sean Burns- The Creation Stories. Genesis 1 & 2

In the first creation story man and woman are made at the same time. In the second story man comes first. Man and woman were created in "Our image," meaning the Father and Son so that they "may be One as We our one." This is why marriage binds man and woman together and is only released upon death. Man and woman have been brought together since the beginning of time and unions of anyone should be viewed as sacred because Love is sacred. God Loved us so that we could share that Love with others.
