Tim Powitz - Baseball

Do you ever find total joy in everyday things about life? I am looking forward to the summer so much because that means I can watch as much baseball as I want. I know that a good amount of you probably hate baseball, and watch it to fall asleep at night, but I can't get enough. The more I watch, the more I learn. There is so much precision and strategy within the game it's hard for me to wrap my mind around how it all works together. I love the little things in life that God provides me with, but I so often look past and take for granted. God is always around. He loves baseball because I love baseball (or maybe that should be the other way around). God provides just these little pleasures in life to keep us relaxed and sane. Each little thing that we love makes us an individual. One of my favorite things to do in the summer is drive down winding, tree covered roads or through neighborhoods at night with my windows and the radio off. So peaceful. Call me weird, but I totally see God in those secular moments turned transcendent.
